Keep your progress safe
Your local shop
Progress saves automatically in your browser. In Settings → Back up progress, copy a backup code or download a file. Use the restore/import options to move to another browser. Check the backup before confirming that it replaces your current progress. The game also keeps automatic saves for the last three completed days in that browser.
Clearing site data, changing browsers or using a private session can make your old shop unavailable. Keep a backup before clearing browser storage.
Your online shop
Your shop saves with your Google account. Sign in with the same account to continue; signing out does not delete it. Local money, ingredients and backup files cannot be imported into your online shop.
Switching between English and Vietnamese in Settings keeps the progress for the mode you are playing.
Create a backup before moving devices
- Check that the mode bar says Local shop. If you are online, switch back through Shops & friends first.
- Open Settings → Back up progress. On the Progress code screen, choose Download file for a JSON backup, or Copy code to save the complete code beginning with TTN1:.
- Keep the file or code somewhere you can find again. Downloaded files use the pattern tiem-tra-nho-ngay-[day].json; add the backup date to your notes to distinguish different saves.
- Check that the file downloaded or the code was pasted in full before clearing site data, changing browsers or resetting your shop.
A backup captures progress when you create it. Later sales and upgrades do not update an old file or code automatically, so create a fresh backup when needed.
Restore from a code or file
Using a TTN1: code
- Open local play on the destination device. If you already play there, back up its current progress first.
- Choose Settings → Restore from code and paste the complete code, including TTN1: at the beginning.
- Choose Check & restore. A valid code opens a confirmation screen.
- Choose Restore to replace current progress, or Keep progress to cancel. After restoring, check the day, cash and stock.
Using a JSON file
Open Settings → Import backup file, select the file downloaded from the game, then confirm Restore. Renaming another file to end in .json does not make it a valid save.
Return to a recent day
Choose Settings → Restore auto save. Review the day, cash and rating shown, select a save and confirm. The current browser keeps up to three end-of-day saves; the list may be empty if you have not completed a day.
Restoring replaces your current progress; it does not combine the money or ingredients from two saves. Clearing site data can also erase automatic saves stored in that browser.
Continue an online shop on a new device
- On the old device, finish your current action and pause. Avoid controlling the same shop from two devices at once.
- On the new device, open Little Tea Shop → Shops & friends → Continue with Google.
- Select the account that created the shop. Choose Open online shop, then check its name, day and cash before continuing.
- If you see the new-shop form, check your Google account before creating another shop. If you see a day 1 local shop, switch to Online shop.
If the shop is still missing, contact official@tiemtranho.com with the issue, game mode, device and approximate time. Do not post passwords, verification codes or entire save files in public channels.
