Rules for using the Tiệm Trà Nhỏ website and browser game.

These terms apply to tiemtranho.com and its browser game, operated by the Tiệm Trà Nhỏ team. Please use the service lawfully and respect other players. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms where you live, ask a parent or guardian to review them with you.
Accounts and saves
Local progress stays in the browser and may be lost if site data is cleared or the device becomes unavailable. Use the available backup tools. Google sign-in creates a separate online shop; local and online saves are not automatically merged. Keep your account secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Game items and fair play
In-game money, stock, scores and rewards are virtual game elements with no cash value or promise of real-world earnings. Do not exploit bugs, manipulate rankings, access another account or disrupt the service. Do not post unlawful, abusive or rights-infringing shop names or slogans, or disclose someone else’s private information.
Community and moderation
You remain responsible for the names, slogans and other content you submit. You permit us to store and display it only as needed to provide the service and the visibility options you select. We may remove offending content or restrict access to protect players and the service. Send reports or moderation questions to official@tiemtranho.com.
Content and rights
Rights in the game, text, artwork and other materials remain with their respective owners. Playing the game does not transfer those rights or grant permission to redistribute site assets. You can link to our pages and share your own gameplay screenshots provided you respect others’ rights and privacy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the game available and correct errors, but uninterrupted access and recovery of every save cannot be guaranteed. Features, balancing and schedules may change. Suggestions and polls help prioritize work; only later release announcements confirm what will be delivered.
Privacy, ads and external services
The privacy policy explains data handling and advertising technologies. Google sign-in, Discord and external services have their own terms. Advertisements, if displayed, are separate from the game and do not constitute our endorsement of the advertiser.
